The Skills Federation has submitted a response to the APPG Youth Employment inquiry into employer engagement in the Youth Guarantee. The response looks at barriers and opportunities for employer engagement and explores the benefits for employers alongside communication strategies to help encourage employers to participate. It also looks at government incentives and best practices for employer engagement, including tailored programmes, greater support for HR and wage subsidies.
