Projects

Skills Federation worked in partnership with the Workforce Development Trust to jointly deliver a project focused on identifying Pan‑sector National Occupational Standards (NOS) and the associated Pan Sector Skills Thematic Areas.

The project was commissioned by Skills Development Scotland and was completed at the end of June 2026. The report was submitted to the NOS Governance Group and the findings will support the ongoing development and alignment of occupational standards across sectors.
