Skills Federation has submitted a response to the Milburn Review.
In our response we argue that whilst improving support for young people is essential, it won’t be sufficient to reduce the increasing numbers of young people outside of education and employment. Government must also focus on taking down barriers to recruiting young people and ensure a relentless focus on increasing job opportunities.
