In the first of two special features for FE News to celebrate Youth Employment Week, Alison Morris, Director of Policy, brings together Skills Federation members Adrian Wookey, Head of New Entrants, Training Pathways and Further Education Strategy at the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board (ECITB) and Justine Fosh, CEO of Cogent Skills, to discuss how employers are opening up opportunities for young people and helping them build successful careers in science and engineering construction.
